smooth check-in spacious room delicious breakfast
The check-in process was smooth and I got a friendly welcome. The room was spacious with a well-decorated bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially liked the eggs royale. The eggs were cooked perfectly, I must say. Staff showed us to our room and offered to help at check out. I appreciate that!

a pleasant and practical stay
comfortable room luggage delivery easy parking blooming peonies
the linden room was comfortable after attending a matinee i found my luggage already delivered to my room parking was simple with my blue badge the peonies lining the path to the pink parasol area were in full bloom the location opposite the theatre was wonderfully convenient. i appreciated the easy access and pleasant surroundings. i was pleased with the efficiency of the luggage service. the flowers added to the overall appeal.
i noticed some minor wear in the room a bit of paint would refresh certain areas

the hotel is opposite the theatre making it very convenient for performances the surroundings include close proximity to the river and various shops allowing exploration without needing a car it is a central spot.

breakfast included a varied cold buffet with cooked-to-order hot options this provided a good selection each morning the quality and preparation of the meals were consistent ensuring a satisfying start to the day i found it adequate.

Breakfast provided a good start to the day. The hotel's location is convenient to the theatre. The room was spacious and it included all necessary amenities. A private car park was available which simplified travel logistics.
I experienced some minor confusion navigating to my room initially. this was a very small inconvenience .

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
faulty lightbulbs flaking varnish
The location was advantageous because it was in the town center.
The room I booked was not properly maintained. There were several lightbulbs out. Varnish on the bedside tables were flaking off, which I find unacceptable at the cost of this room. The shower fittings were also not secure. I consider it a hazard.

the location was convenient. i found the room to be quite clean and spacious. the staff seemed genuinely friendly and eager to assist.
the shower door in my room had a noticeable gap, which could use some attention. (it was a minor issue, but worth mentioning.)
